For some time now, I’ve been looking for a medium that brings my images to life. The idea of a photozine, a blend of photography and magazine, quickly felt like the perfect solution: a short, intimate, and thematic format that opens up new ways to share with you.
A simple, tangible object that extends the gaze and highlights the core of my work: exploring the connections between body, light, and transformation.
But what exactly is a photozine?
It’s a photographic booklet, saddle-stitched with a soft cover, designed as a small edition by an artist. Each issue will focus on a specific theme, published quarterly, to establish a rhythm of creation and exchange.
An independent publishing approach
I chose self-publishing—both an artistic and personal decision—to create a coherent, sincere, and autonomous object that reflects my visual universe and brings my initial vision to life.
Features of the photozines
- Print on both sides on glossy photo paper 180 g/m², for a luminous finish that enhances each photograph.
- A4 format (21 × 29 cm), practical and elegant.
- 28 pages per issue, with an average of over 20 photographs, including several exclusive images.
- Immersive double-page spreads, equivalent to 40 × 30 cm prints!
The storage box
For orders of more than two issues, an A4 storage box, designed as an elegant and durable case, is included. It allows you to preserve and showcase this photographic collection, holding the first four issues of this artistic journey.
